WHIR is a software system designed for the management and reporting of data collected by Women’s Health Clinics in Australia.
Nutava developed WHIR as a custom software solution for Women’s Health Centre Rockhampton, to migrate from paper-based records, to an entirely centralised digital system. The software collects details of client intake, client referral, client sessions, workshops, community events and more. Simple, real time reporting creates efficient and timely numbers for both the management of the clinic and funding reporting requirements.
WHIR is a web application hosted in the cloud (using Microsoft Azure). The application has been designed to be responsive to both desktop browsers and mobile tablets. Managers, counsellors and administrative staff can use the application from anywhere with an internet connection, allowing them to work remotely to their office.
WHIR has been designed to match the organisational processes of a Women’s Health Clinic, streamlining data capture and reporting when it is required. Users of WHIR find it easy to use, enabling them to efficiently enter information, and review their own data.
WHIR is an excellent example of custom software development improving efficiency in an organisation, allowing them to focus on their core objectives.
