Scoping
We encourage our clients to start with a short collaborative “scoping project”, to clarify requirements, and develop a work breakdown structure.
This can take anywhere between 40-80 hours, spread out over 4-6 weeks.
Clients love this step as it helps them gain clarity around their own requirements, and gives them a sense of assurance before the next step.
Architecting
We then produce a conceptual architecture, high level estimate and project plan which is used during implementation.
Implementation
Clients are encouraged to work on a fortnightly
development iteration, allowing us to deliver
tangible outcomes and review progress in a practical manner.
The fortnightly iteration is aligned with invoicing, where you “pay as you go”. This is great as it allows you to adjust priorities and investment with relative ease.
